- Preparing Contracts of Sale and Vendor’s Statements (“Section 32”)

- Arranging settlements electronically, via the online settlements platform “Property Exchange Australia (“PEXA”) - we personally conduct the PEXA transaction on your behalf, we do not employ any external third-party agents.

Wills
It is important to have a Will, which records your wishes regarding how your estate is to be administered in the event of your passing.
We often hear many myths and misconceptions about the validity and/or desirabily of making a Will. Please contact us to clarify any preconceived conceptions, and to make or update your Will.
